Mary Ann has been in Property Management for over 20 years, managing multi-family homes in West County, St. Charles and Downtown St. Louis. As a property manager for Mirowitz Real Estate Investments, her day is spent preparing homes for new occupants, overseeing renovations, managing lease renewals, invoicing, and scheduling service requests for residents. Her main focus is Resident Retention, making sure that everyone is happy in their home.
